Context

We advised the Petrus Advisors fund on Criteo, analyzing the company’s governance and strategy in order to identify levers for action to maximize value creation. Our work focused on assessing the company’s financial performance, shareholder structure and analysis of regulated information, as part of our commitment to shareholder engagement.

Criteo is one of the few French companies listed exclusively on the Nasdaq. Following our client’s campaign, the company agreed to modify its corporate governance.
