Timo Dejoux

A graduate of HEC Paris with a background in business law, Timo Dejoux works at Vermeille & Co in securities and financial litigation, shareholder activism and the defence of investors' rights. Under the supervision of Professor Olivier Levyne, he devoted his professional thesis to the effects of corporate governance on the market valuation and liquidity of listed companies, at the interface of law, finance and market analysis.

His career focuses on financial law, corporate law and economic litigation. He works on matters involving listed companies and financial market participants, particularly in relation to financial disclosure, public offerings and civil liability.
