Félix Leplège

Félix Leplège is a legal consultant at Vermeille & Co and a doctoral researcher in financial law at Sorbonne Law School, under the supervision of Professor Alain Pietrancosta. His thesis examines private enforcement of EU capital markets law and analyses the civil claims available to investors against issuers, their directors and statutory auditors. His research draws on his practice at the firm, where he is involved in market abuse litigation, shareholder activism and disputes relating to public takeover offers and to investment service providers.
